Emotion = Energy in motion

Impermanent and changing

like the weather in the sky

The natural state of energy

is motion and freedom

▼

However unprocessed emotions

lose motion and get trapped

So as body and mind keep the score

our energy becomes a heavy baggage

and for us this looks like:

Fears, traumas, suffering,

robotic patterns, limiting beliefs,

ego self, co-dependency,

comfort zone, repeating cycles,

stress, anxiety, depression,

toxic relationships, blockages,

addictions, heartbreaks, secrets,

mental prison, emotional baggage,

ETC …

Left unprocessed for too long

temporary emotions become lasting pains

With time we begin to merge

and identify with suffering

Therefore allowing our trauma to plant

and root itself within our subconscious

Words are powerful spells !

Their tone + meaning define

their frequency and effect

Powerful words will echo

deep into our SUBCONSCIOUS

and far into the future

Affecting our BODY, MIND,

HEART and SOUL

Greatly impacting our REALITY

and ENTIRE LIFETIME !
